Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Requests made within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, incur the full service price including same-day bookings. Groups of five or more require 48 hours' notice. Cancellations outside business hours may be emailed and are honored by timestamp; within the 24-hour window, cancellations must be made by phone. Each guest is granted one complimentary emergency exception.
Arrivals up to 15 minutes late will be accommodated, though the service may be shortened. Arrivals beyond 30 minutes are treated as a no-show, and the cancellation fee applies. Please call ahead if you're running behind.
Refunds are considered only after the service is removed at our salon; no refund is issued otherwise. As services are performed with professional care, dissatisfaction based on personal preference alone does not qualify. Partial refunds may be granted at management's discretion within 7 days.
